Cultural Identities

About Alejandra Casillas, LCSW

Accepting new clients for 2026/ At Con Corazón, I hold space for BIPOC individuals healing from trauma, loss, and systemic oppression while reconnecting to their inner wisdom and strength. Many navigate migration, bicultural identity, and generational pain, seeking a place to feel seen, safe, and whole. Together, we release survival patterns, nurture grounding and self-compassion, and reclaim voice and joy. This journey is one of liberation—personal and collective—guided by cultural reverence, compassion, and the belief that healing happens con corazón, with heart.

I help BIPOC and bilingual individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, and generational wounds through EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Neurofeedback. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally grounded, and rooted in liberation. Together, we build safety, connection, and self-trust so you can live with more balance, authenticity, and ease.
Healing takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a warm, compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome. Whether you’re beginning your healing journey or continuing it, I invite you to connect and discover what’s possible when we heal con corazón—with heart, intention, and deep care.
