As a trauma-informed and culturally responsive counselor intern, I work with adolescents and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity-related concerns, especially when past experiences or cultural factors continue to shape the present. I aim to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are.
Together, we work to better understand emotional patterns, past experiences, and current stressors that may be impacting your well-being. I offer practical coping tools, space for reflection, and collaborative goal-setting to help you feel more grounded, build resilience, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. If you’re curious about therapy or wondering if this could be a helpful next step, I invite you to reach out and see if we might be a good fit.
