I’m Albania, a licensed Bilingual Latina, trauma-informed therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). Clients come to me looking for a therapist who identifies as BIPOC, is honest, and uses a mind and body approach. Our space is of consent, collaboration, and where you feel seen and understood.
