You might feel stuck in patterns you can’t break—like overthinking conversations, people-pleasing, or feeling responsible for others’ emotions—while also trying to honor your relationships, family, and community.
I work with BIPOC clients navigating anxiety, trauma, identity-related stress, and relational patterns that feel hard to shift. Together, we focus on helping you feel more grounded, set clearer boundaries, and build deeper trust in yourself and your relationships—without losing the values that matter to you.
As a first-generation student and eldest daughter, I understand the pressure to keep going while carrying expectations and responsibility. I offer a space where you don’ have to hold all of that alone.
In our work together, I focus on how trauma, identity, and intergenerational experiences shape the way you relate to yourself and others. I help clients understand where their patterns come from, so they can respond with more intention instead of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or stretched too thin.
My approach is person-centered, narrative, and psychodynamic. I’ve worked in community mental health, private practice, and with individuals serving life sentences. I have particular experience supporting BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and first-generation clients navigating trauma history and various life stressors.
If this resonates, I’d be glad to connect.
