The Aguirre Center of Inclusive Psychotherapy in Portland, Oregon, is a space where your story matters, and your identity is celebrated. We specialize in providing decolonized, anti-oppressive therapy where liberation and authentic connection thrive.
Our team of Latinx therapists is passionate about serving the Latinx community. We believe you deserve a therapist who gets it—who sees and affirms the beautiful complexity of your intersectional identities. Our practice sex-positive, trauma-informed, weight-inclusive, Mujerista/Feminist-informed, and affirming of folks from LGBTQ+, Kink, and Polyamory/CNM/ENM communities. Whether you’re navigating life’s challenges or simply seeking a space to grow, we’re here to support you.
At ACIP, our culturally affirming, decolonized approaches celebrate the traditions, creativity, and practices that have helped Latinx communities build resilience, while also acknowledging the profound impact of systemic oppression and racial injustice. In therapy, we explore how power, privilege, and oppression have shaped your identity and lived experiences. For Communities of Color, healing from racial stress and trauma is not just necessary—it’s transformative, and we’re here to walk with you every step of the way.
We are based in Atlanta, but also provide online psychotherapy services (telehealth) to residents of PSYPACT states.
PLEASE NOTE: We are Out-of-Network providers with health insurance companies and do not bill insurance companies. We also do not work with any EAP (Employee Assistance Programs). The Aguirre Center of Inclusive Psychotherapy in Portland, Oregon
