I’m an educator, and community builder dedicated to guiding individuals, couples, and adult families through generational healing, creative problem solving, self-awareness, and values-aligned action.

As someone who immigrated to the U.S. at 16 and navigated the in-between of both immigrant and first-gen experiences, I understand the weight of carrying multiple worlds. I specialize in working with first-generation professionals, adult children of immigrants, and individuals navigating complex family dynamics.
