Cultural Identities

About Adriana (Adry) Sanders, LPC-S

Texas Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Supervisor and Owner of SanaMente Wellness, PLLC: Healing the Mind-Body Connection, One Courageous Act at a Time.

As a proud eldest daughter of immigrants, I deeply understand the unique challenges faced by adult children of immigrants, BIPOC professionals, and emerging adults navigating life transitions.

At SanaMente Wellness, “Sana” (to heal) and “Mente” (mind) reflect my commitment to empowering you to take small, courageous steps toward meaningful change.

Whether you’re exploring your cultural identity, managing family dynamics, feeling the weight of societal expectations, or adjusting to post-college life, I provide a culturally responsive, trauma-informed space where you can reconnect with your values, heal, and grow.

What I Offer
I provide online therapy services across Texas, making mental health care accessible wherever you are. In our work together, we’ll focus on:

  • Managing anxiety, depression, or grief with compassion and practical tools.
  • Healing from attachment wounds to create healthier relationships.
  • Exploring the neurobiology of stress, trauma, and unhealthy patterns, empowering you to make meaningful shifts and reclaim your life.

Together, we’ll redefine your life in alignment with your core values, helping you build clarity, confidence, and deeper connections with yourself and others. Using evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and ACT, to restore hope, regulate emotions, build resilience, and develop interpersonal effectiveness.

Mentorship & Supervision
In addition to therapy, I provide clinical supervision and consultation for LPCs and LPC-Associates. Mentorship is my way of nurturing the next generation of mental health professionals, equipping them with the skills and insight to deliver culturally competent care and build thriving practices.

Why Choose SanaMente?
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I bring advanced skills to help you navigate life’s challenges. I’m currently pursuing DBT Certification, expanding my expertise to offer even more effective support. My passion for neurobiology ensures that I empower you with knowledge about how your brain and body work, giving you a new perspective on your experiences and tools to heal.

You Are Not Alone
Healing is possible, and you deserve support. Whether you’re facing life transitions, healing from past pain, or working to align your life with your values, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Let’s rewrite your story and help you thrive beautifully—one courageous act at a time.
