About Yanina Rivera Lopez, LCSW, Facilitator and Trainer

Yanina Rivera Lopez is a therapist, trainer, and speaker who supports healers, leaders, and systems in aligning their values with their actions—even under pressure. Her work focuses on understanding how power, trauma, and rigid systems shape behavior, and how harm is often reproduced despite good intentions.

Drawing from community mental health, anti-trafficking work, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, and lived experience as a first-generation Latina, Yanina translates complex theory into practical, grounded insights. She speaks in accessible, non-pathologizing ways that help audiences respond with clarity, accountability, and care rather than control or burnout.
