Sonia is bilingual, offering services in Spanish and English, specializes in trauma and trauma informed therapy, and is trained in administering EMDR treatment. Though her list of certifications is extensive, she has a passion for working with military families, and/or those experiencing self-esteem challenges due to childhood abuse and neglect, or those who struggle with thoughts of unworthiness in motherhood, marriage, and/or personal life experiences. Her own personal struggle with overcoming trauma and healing fully has aided in developing her compassionate nature and emphatic perspective to healing, thriving, and evoking inner peace.
