About Jessica Rodriguez, LCSW

Jessica Rodriguez, LCSW, is a bilingual therapist, trainer, and founder of Cultura Care & Consulting, LLC, a practice dedicated to providing culturally responsive and trauma-informed mental health care for Latine, immigrant, and historically excluded communities.

A first-generation Latina from Los Angeles now based in Missouri, Jessica brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her work. After navigating the challenges of moving from a predominantly Latino community to the Midwest, she witnessed the scarcity of Spanish-speaking therapists and founded Cultura Care & Consulting to bridge this gap.

Jessica specializes in supporting children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and intergenerational trauma. She has nearly a decade of experience working with survivors of sexual assault, trafficking, and domestic violence, and she is deeply committed to affirming and supporting LGBTQ+ communities.

Beyond her clinical work, Jessica develops and facilitates school-based support groups, parent programs, and professional trainings, and she offers continuing education (CEU) workshops for mental health professionals on topics such as DBT and play therapy, commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC), and culturally responsive care.

Jessica’s mission is to interrupt cycles of silence and stigma, amplify resilience in Latine communities, and make therapy accessible, authentic, and rooted in cultural pride.
