Janae Borrego, M.A., LMFT, CCTP, CIMHP, CMIP, C-EMDR is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, Certified Mindfulness Informed Provider and Certified EMDR Provider. Janae is also a mental performance and empowerment coach. She has been a licensed psychotherapist since 2017 and has worked in all levels of care with variety of age groups and communities.
Janae currently owns and operates her own private practice JB Psychotherapy, Coaching & Consulting where she works collaboratively with diverse Adult clients such as Athletes, Performers/Creatives, Professionals, & Students to provide evidenced based and holistic services that are trauma informed, and culturally affirming.
Janae is the Chief Clinical officer for Rainbow Hill Recovery which is an LGBTQIA2s+ specific PHP/IOP program in Beverly Hills, CA. Furthermore, Janae is a committee member of the LGBTQ+ Association of Addiction and Mental Health Professionals which is a organization focused on initiating change, and creating a place for education and professional development by supporting diversity and cultural competency.
