Iliamari is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in providing trauma therapy to individuals. Iliamari has more than 15 years providing guidance in diverse community settings. As a BIPOC member of the community and a therapist, Iliamari uses her past experiences to provided a safe and nonjudgemental space for clients to heal. Her expertise is in processing past traumatic events, family issues and generational cycles, anxiety and stress, perinatal/postpartum journeys, and BIPOC first responder families. She takes a person-centered approach to ensure therapy is a safe experience. Using EMDR, CBT, talk therapy, solution focused, mindfulness and grounding; she personalizes every treatment plan to fit her client's needs. Iliamari believes that a holistic approach and self care is key because if you aren't taking care of yourself, you can't care for others.
