About Elsa Matsumoto, LCSW

Elsa is a First-Generation, Mexican-American, Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker,  clinical supervisor, adjunct professor, and speaker. She earned her Masters in Social Work from Cal State University, San Bernardino and has 12 years of direct practice servicing children, families, and adults of marginalized populations.

Currently, her practice specialized on servicing young women and birth parents living with depression, anxiety, trauma, postpartum depression/anxiety. She uses evidenced-based and culturally affirming practices to help create an overall mind, body, approach to haling.
