Dr. Stephanie Mendoza is a bilingual (English & Spanish) Licensed Clinical Psychologist, speaker, and educator dedicated to empowering women to overcome self-sacrifice, imposter phenomenon, and trauma. As the founder of Quirón Psychology, she offers holistic, trauma-informed care that harmonizes mind, body, and spirit.

Holding a doctorate from an APA-accredited program and specialized postdoctoral training in Women’s Mental Health, Dr. Mendoza has extensive experience assisting professionals and students in managing anxiety, burnout, inner child healing, and the pressures of hustle culture. Her approach is enriched by her personal journey as a first-generation Mexican-American and a recovering people-pleaser, making her insights both authentic and relatable.
