Dr. Lydiana Garcia is a seasoned Boricua licensed psychologist in California. She is also the host of the bilingual podcast about overcoming life adversities and traumas – The Beyond Resilience Life; and the newer podcast about the journey psychotherapists embark to reclaim their inherited gifts and truth – Licensed Psychologist, Now What?. She has a small private practice, mostly virtual, and specializes in healing trauma integrating the body, the mind, and the spirit; some of her training include EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT, Sensoriomotor Psychotherapy Level 1, Trauma Resiliency Model level 2, Interpersonal Psychotherapy. She works with adults, teens and their families, mothers and caregivers.
