Dr. Cristina Gómez is a bilingual clinical psychologist, consultant, public speaker, and educator dedicated to promoting wellness, mental health, and trauma-informed care. She specializes in helping individuals’ healing process from developmental trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, cancer, or other chronic illnesses. Her work combines evidence-based methods with holistic healing and wellness practices.
Dr. Gómez brings compassion, cultural humility, and clinical expertise to every space she enters—whether working with individuals, leading community-based healing circles, or facilitating trainings for professionals.

Dr. Gomez holds a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), breathwork and body movement for trauma healing, mindfulness meditation, somatic practices, nutrition psychology, polyvagal theory, and the Radical Remission approach to cancer healing.
