Denise Jauregui, LCSW, is a bilingual licensed clinical social worker, speaker, and the founder of Cultivando Wellness, a mental health practice and education organization rooted in the belief that healing is deeply connected to culture, community, and the systems that shape our lives. As a first generation daughter of Mexican immigrants, Denise brings together lived experience and clinical expertise to explore the intersections of intergenerational trauma, migration, identity, belonging, and resilience.
With over a decade of experience serving Latine individuals, families, and communities, Denise is passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, understood, and empowered. Her work emphasizes the importance of honoring cultural strengths while recognizing the ways history, systems, and lived experiences shape mental health and well being.
Through workshops, professional trainings, speaking engagements, consultation, and community centered gatherings, Denise invites audiences to explore mental health through a culturally responsive lens. Her presentations blend storytelling, education, reflection, and practical strategies that inspire meaningful conversations, deepen cultural understanding, and equip participants with tools they can apply in their personal lives, professional practice, and communities.
