Dayhana A. Ray is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, thought leader, and speaker specializing in Latinx mental health, trauma healing, and personal empowerment. She considers herself a Light Bringer and is on a mission to help women reclaim their joy, trust their inner wisdom, and pursue their boldest dreams. She believes joy is not a luxury but a radical act to live our most authentic lives.
As the founder of Rays of Light Wellness, Dayhana provides individual therapy rooted in holistic and somatic interventions. She specializes in anxiety, trauma, developmental and attachment trauma, and supporting adults newly diagnosed with ADHD.
