About Psychiatrist & Referral Process

I am a bilingual (Hablo Español), board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over nine years of clinical experience across primary care, urgent care, and psychiatry. I specialize in treating a wide range of mental health conditions by integrating psychopharmacology with trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

My practice is rooted in a whole-person approach that acknowledges the strong connection between physical and mental health. I am especially committed to serving diverse and underserved populations, including Latinx and LGBTQ+ communities, with sensitivity, respect, and empathy.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, or trauma-related challenges, I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard and supported. I work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, lifestyle interventions, and referrals for therapy when needed.

I am passionate about reducing stigma, increasing access to care, and helping individuals move toward emotional balance, self-empowerment, and overall wellness.
