Many moms experience a rollercoaster of emotions, and sometimes, talking to someone outside of your family and friend groups can provide you with a safe, warm, supportive, and judgement free space that you may need. With 12 years of therapeutic experience, I specialize in maternal mental health, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space for new, expecting and experienced moms to process their emotions, build resilience, and find balance. Using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic tools, I tailor treatment what your needs are and where you are in life, helping you gain awareness of your strengths and develop strategies to navigate this transformative stage of life. Asking for help isn’t easy, but prioritizing your well-being is essential—not just for you, but for your family too.
