I’m Antonio Núñez, a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist, U.S. military veteran, and first-generation Latinx professional. My path into this work wasn’t just academic—it came from navigating my own experiences with life transitions, anxiety, and understanding the exhausting pursuit of constantly trying to “arrive.”
Many of the individuals I work with carry a persistent sense of not being enough or a deep feeling of incompleteness. There is a restless, constant urge to “get there”—a belief that peace or wholeness is always just around the corner, yet somehow out of reach. This drive often manifests as chronic anxiety, overthinking, and feeling profoundly disconnected from your true source. If you find yourself relentlessly searching but feeling emotionally exhausted by the cycle, I understand how overwhelming that can be.
My practice focuses on helping adults step out of this endless loop. Together, we explore what it means to stop fighting your own mind and start connecting with the fundamental awareness of who you already are. Using evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness—including practices that help you gently observe your thoughts without judgment, watching them drift by like leaves on a stream—we create space between you and your anxiety.
I take a holistic approach that bridges practical tools with deeper aspects of meaning and spiritual exploration. Drawing on insights that point toward our shared true nature, we explore the profound relief of realizing you don’t need to “fix” yourself to be complete. Whether we are regulating the nervous system through somatic techniques or exploring what it means to rest in the present moment, therapy with me is collaborative, down-to-earth, and human.
Above all, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can drop the need to perform, achieve, or arrive, and finally experience the freedom of simply being.
