Hey! I’m Natalia, a Salvadoran-American therapist and child of immigrants. I work with folks who are navigating chronic illness or chronic pain and trauma while trying to keep up with work, family responsibilities, and everything that’s expected of them. If you’ve found yourself navigating chronic illness or trauma, and are wondering how to keep going when your body feels different, your energy is limited, or your life suddenly feels uncertain, you’re not alone.
For over 10 years, I’ve supported clients in medical and community settings who are learning how to live with chronic illness, manage caregiving roles, and cope with anxiety, burnout, and trauma. Many of the individuals I work with are used to being the dependable one—at work, at home, in their families—even when they’re exhausted or struggling themselves. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to hold it all together.
I understand how hard it can be to slow down when you were raised to push through, help others, and not complain. In our work together, I focus on creating a space that feels safe, collaborative, and compassionate. We’ll move at your pace, talk openly about what you’re experiencing, and work toward helping find ways to be kinder towards yourself and feel more grounded.
As a Latina and child of immigrants, I understand how culture, family roles, and intergenerational experiences shape how we relate to illness, responsibility, and rest. Therapy with me is a place where your full story is welcome, without judgment or needing to explain yourself.
If any of this resonates, I’d be honored to connect with you for a consultation.
