I am the oldest daughter of immigrant parents immigrant (Mexican) parents. For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside mothers in some of their hardest seasons—in hospital rooms, in their homes, in clinics, and in quiet moments where the weight of it all feels unbearable. I’ve had the honor of supporting hundreds of women, particularly Latinx and BIPOC mothers, through individual therapy, mother-child dyads, domestic violence support groups, and mental health care in OB clinics.
I specialize in helping women, moms, and moms to be, overcome anxiety and gain peace of mind. With almost a decade of experience in the field, I enjoy partnering with women to guide them through their worries, overthinking, and fears of not being good enough. I particularly want a create a space where new moms can be brutally honest about how hard postpartum really is, and still feel loved, supported, and reminded that they are enough.
I’ve provided therapy in both Spanish and English, creating a safe space in New York and LA for women to say the things they’re afraid to say out loud.
While I am in network with various insurance companies, if I am not in network with your medical insurance, you might be able to get reimbursed up to 80% for out-of-network therapy, especially if you have a PPO. Please reach out for more information.Â
