About Fabiola Saucedo, LCSW

You might find yourself overthinking your relationships—wondering where you stand, overanalyzing texts, feeling anxious when communication shifts, or questioning if you’re asking for too much. You may fear losing yourself, or worry that speaking up could push someone away or cost you the connection.
Maybe you notice patterns—choosing emotionally unavailable partners, struggling with boundaries, or feeling torn between closeness and self-protection. Whether you identify with anxious or avoidant attachment patterns, this can feel confusing, exhausting, and so discouraging you may even wonder if you’re cut out for a relationship.

I work with individuals who feel stuck in these relationship patterns and want to understand how to navigate them. Together, we’ll explore the deeper roots of what’s coming up—whether that’s attachment patterns, past relationships, or the ways you’ve learned to show up in connection.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, while also giving you practical tools to feel more grounded and confident in your relationships. Over time, our work can help you trust yourself more, communicate your needs more clearly, and build relationships that feel more secure and aligned.
