Our journey together will help you foster a healthier connection with yourself and the world around you.
Healing doesn’t begin with fixing, it begins with feeling safe enough to tell the truth. I offer a grounded, trauma-informed space where individuals and couples can slow down, listen beneath words, and understand what has been shaping their inner world and relationships over time. My work integrates EMDR, attachment-based therapy, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), and neuroscience-informed somatic practices to support nervous system regulation, deepen emotional awareness, and rebuild trust from the inside out. This is therapy for people seeking meaningful change without pressure, formulas, or force.
For couples, I use Gottman-informed and attachment-focused approaches to create a safe, collaborative space where partners can reduce reactivity, strengthen communication, and restore emotional and physical connection.
I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen, understood, and safe. Whether you’re processing trauma, navigating relationship challenges, or seeking a more grounded connection with yourself, I will walk with you at a pace that honors your nervous system and your story.
About Me:
I am compassionate about social justice, and respect for diversity. Since 2011, I’ve traveled though out many parts of the world to learn from various cultures. Along the way I’ve integrated yoga, women’s circles rooted in ancestral wisdom, Zen meditation, silent retreats, and trauma-sensitive yoga into my personal and professional life. These experiences have shaped my approach to therapy and have helped me provide grounded and culturally informed support for my clients.
