About Yesenia Lopez-Pereira, LCSW

My goal is to provide accessible and culturally affirming mental health care to Latino/a/e, immigrant, first-gen, and BIPOC communities across Texas. Grounded in education, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, I aim to empower individuals to heal their inner child and break free from generational trauma.

As an advocate for women’s rights, I support women in navigating reproductive health and access to abortion with care and respect.

At Espacio Therapy, we believe that healing is a collective journey that embraces our cultural and ancestral strengths. I’m here to support you through life’s challenges, offering the tools and resources you need in a way that honors and integrates your unique background.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Cultural Sensitivity: Therapy that honors YOU culture, traditions, and lived experiences.
  • Empathy and Education: Compassionate, informed support to help you better understand and care for YOUR mental health.
  • Safe and Inclusive Space: A welcoming environment where you can explore YOUR journey, build emotional strength, and grow into your most empowered self.

I am committed to supporting individuals of all ages—children, teens, and adults—on their path to emotional well-being, transforming generational pain into a legacy of self-love and growth.
