I am a first generation Mexicana, who is a culturally and linguistic sensitive licensed marriage and family therapist with 17 years of experience. I specialize in helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, stress and the deeper questions that come with life’s transitions and challenges. I’m passionate about serving the Latino community and creating a safe, culturally attuned space where clients can explore their experiences without judgement. My approach is Holistic and client-centered; grounded in respect, empathy, and collaboration. I’m trained in EMDR, an evidence-based method for processing trauma, and I integrate this with other therapeutic modalities tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just seeking a deeper connection with yourself, I’m here to walk with you in that process. Together, we can work on identifying your strengths and help you reach your full potential.
When I’m not working, I enjoy the things that keep me grounded and connected to the people and activities I love. I’m a fitness enthusiast and enjoy staying active, but some of my favorite moments are much simpler—spending time with my husband and our son, enjoying time together, and being present for the everyday moments of family life. I recently started baking sourdough bread, which has become a fun new hobby and a wonderful reminder that some things simply take time, patience, and a willingness to enjoy the process. These parts of my life are important to me because I believe wellness is about more than what happens in therapy. It’s also about connection, balance, personal growth, and finding the things that bring meaning and joy to our lives.
