About Patricia Ortez Aparicio, LCPC, LPC, MHC, NCC

My name is Patricia Ortez Aparicio, and I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) therapist at Hola Counseling Services, LLC. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and am licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland, a Professional Counselor in Washington, D.C. and Virginia, and a Mental Health Counselor in Hawaii.

I have experience supporting clients through challenges such as grief and loss, anxiety, trauma, family dynamics, and relationship issues. My work focuses on helping individuals strengthen self-esteem, build resilience, and develop tools to thrive—from children and teens to adults of all ages. Together, we’ll collaborate on a therapeutic approach that best fits your needs and goals for growth and healing.

A little about me: I was born in El Salvador and came to the United States as a child. Raised by a single mother who taught me perseverance and the power of believing in oneself, I bring those values into my work. As a Latinx therapist, I deeply understand the challenges of navigating systemic oppression, cultural identity, and belonging in new environments. In our sessions, I’ll help you explore your own strengths and develop skills to support your journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
