As a Latina psychologist, I specialize in working with BIPOC, Latinx, LGBTQ+ and other minorities navigating the complexities of identity, culture, and relationships. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel anxious, disconnected, or weighed down by self-criticism on the inside. I provide a supportive, relational, and culturally sensitive space to process these struggles, explore how past experiences affect the present, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
I use a blend of evidence-based approaches—including CBT, DBT, and ACT—integrated with mindfulness, self-compassion, and relational work. My style is collaborative and warm, focusing not just on coping skills, but also on helping you feel understood, connected, and empowered in your relationships with yourself and others.
