I am a practicing Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and owner of a group practice providing services to diverse populations, specially working with our Latino population in increasing awareness and normalcy to the participation in mental health services and different types of therapy (teens, adults, individual, family, couples/marriage, and court ordered services). The majority of our clinicians, including myself speak fluent Spanish and practice cultural sensitivity when working with the people we serve. Our clients’ confidentiality and privacy is met with a high level of professional in a space that is safe and free from judgment and criticism. Our ultimate goal is to help our clients heal but throughout the process we encourage, empower, and invite our clients to participate in self-discovery, self-nurturance, and personal growth and they confront life’s challenges and establish healthier ways of living.
