I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with the state of Massachusetts. I am also a traveler, writer, lover of astrology, daughter of immigrants, and much much more! I value humility, rest, joy, community, learning, and connections. I respect humanity, synchronicity, Ancestors, Spirit, lived experiences, and Pachamama.
My approach to the therapy relationship is collaborative. Client’s often experience therapy with me as conversational, relaxing, and authentic. This means I will answer questions in addition to posing them. This also means I will help us practice difficult conversations in ways that feel good. I recognize that I will always need to grow and adapt both as an individual and as a professional, so I will take accountability when I make a mistake and will always put in the work for repair and healing.
My education, professional experience, and lived experiences have strengthened my ability to help people heal from the stress and wounding of life and its circumstances. As a therapist and a person I am kind, caring, humorous, political, honest, and open-minded. I joined this profession to help people and communities break generational cycles of abuse, stress and trauma.
