Despite personal experiences, we all yearn to feel heard, understood, and supported. It is my goal to provide a safe space where we can explore your current challenges, identify your beliefs and strengths, and to encourage you to live a meaningful life. It is my personal belief that our past experiences can have a significant impact on us, yet it is important to have a hope for the future and be able to embrace the present. Therapy provides a safe space for us to get to know ourselves better, gain insight and skills to live a life with purpose and intention. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with individuals, in the following areas: 1st Generation, Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorders, Parenting Struggles, Interpersonal Conflicts, Co- Parenting and Life Transitions. I completed my undergraduate studies at California State University, Northridge and graduate studies at Alliant International University where I received a M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (86406) with the California State Board of Behavioral Sciences and a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
