It takes radical courage to seek support, and I am so glad our paths have crossed. As a therapist my intention is to create a safe and nurturing space where you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you move through your own journey of personal growth and healing.
I view therapy as deeply collaborative where your story and strength take center stage and we can honor that you are the expert in your life, especially when it doesn’t feel that way. As a bicultural, bilingual therapist (Spanish/English/Spanglish), I value the richness and importance of cultura, identity, and lived experience in the healing process. My approach weaves together somatic and holistic practices within a trauma-healing, liberation-based, relational, Chicana/o/x-affirming, and an internal family systems (IFS) lens. While I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches, at the heart of my work is the belief: you already hold the power to heal, and you don’t have to do it alone.
For more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults (18+) navigating life transitions, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, migration and acculturation, and the unique experience of being first-generation. In my work, I guide clients through practices that help calm and regulate the body and mind; such as breath work, gentle bilateral movement, somatic processing, parts work, and EMDR. Together, we create space for your body’s wisdom to guide the healing process.
If you can see us working together, please leave me a short message and your availability and I will follow up with next steps. Please note that booking a consultation with me is an investment of $30 for a 45-minute intentional introduction session not covered by insurance.
Nos vemos pronto.
