You’ve always been the one others depend on. Calm, capable, high-achieving, but lately, it feels like you’re quietly falling apart inside. You might be exhausted from always holding it together, tired of people-pleasing or feeling like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way.
Maybe you were raised to be strong, to push through, to minimize your needs. Now, the anxiety, overthinking, or emotional burnout is harder to ignore, especially in your relationships, where old wounds from childhood or past experiences keep showing up. You may feel anxious when people pull away, like you’re too much, or like you’re constantly walking on eggshells.
I help adults who are carrying hidden pain from early life experiences, attachment wounds, and current or past relationship trauma. My clients often come from culturally complex or first-gen families where emotions weren’t openly expressed, and they’re ready to break patterns without shame and feel emotionally safe in their lives and relationships. Therapy with me is warm, relational, and grounded. I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, build secure self-worth, and stop carrying everything alone.
You don’t have to keep pretending you’re fine when you’re not. You’re not too much. You’re not broken. You’re human. And healing is possible; one safe, honest conversation at a time.
