Helping Women Embody Their Healing & Cultivate Conscious Relationships

You’ve done the healing work. You’ve spent years exploring your wounds, understanding your patterns, and learning to reconnect with yourself. Perhaps you’ve also experienced a spiritual awakening or a profound personal transformation that has changed how you see yourself and the world around you. Yet, despite all this growth, you may still find yourself struggling in some of your most important relationships. You might even be wondering how to honor the person you’re becoming without losing meaningful connections with the people you love.

I specialize in working with women who find themselves at this point in their journey, ready to move beyond understanding their healing and begin integrating and embodying it in their everyday lives and relationships. I also work with couples who want to heal old wounds, deepen their connection, and create healthier, more conscious relationships.

I believe many of us are also feeling the effects of the collective shifts happening around us. Whether we understand these shifts as spiritual, energetic, cultural, or social, they can challenge long-held beliefs, bring old patterns into question, and change how we experience ourselves and relate to one another. Sometimes it can feel like so much is changing, both within us and around us, that the relationships and ways of living we’ve always known no longer feel quite the same.

I understand some of these experiences personally. After many years of my own therapy, my spiritual journey led me to develop a relationship with ancestral plant medicine traditions and learn from Indigenous teachers in Mexico and Colombia. I’m currently studying transpersonal psychology and Mexica cosmology at Instituto Macuil in Oaxaca, Mexico, while also learning traditional healing practices from a teacher in Colombia whose knowledge has been passed down by the abuelos of the Cofán community in the Amazonian region of Putumayo. These experiences continue to shape my understanding of healing and remind me that growth is an ongoing process, one that asks us not only to look within but also to reconsider how we show up in the world and in our relationships.

In my clinical work, I draw from attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, and Brainspotting through a holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach. I believe our closest relationships often bring unresolved wounds to the surface, but they can also offer some of our greatest opportunities for healing. For clients who are open to it, I also welcome the exploration of spirituality, ancestral wisdom, expanded states of consciousness, and the integration of transformative experiences. My studies in transpersonal psychology continue to deepen the way I understand the connection between our emotional, relational, and spiritual lives.

Ultimately, I believe healing isn’t just about understanding what happened to us or why we are the way we are. It’s about what we do with that awareness. It’s about learning to live, love, and relate differently, in ways that feel more authentic and aligned with who we’re becoming. Whether you’re seeking individual or couples therapy, my intention is to support you in integrating your healing so that it becomes something you don’t just understand, but truly embody.
