And even though you may not know what’s next or what to expect, I hope you do not let fear prevent you from doing the work that can lead to improved health, improved relationships, and the release of the effects of trauma that presents as depression, anxiety, relational challenges, low-self esteem, intense emotions, and/or numbing patterns in your day-to-day the prevent you from being your authentic self, in agency, and in your purpose.
I find it most beneficial to use a strategic variation of psychodynamic, somatic, attachment-based, mindfulness-based, cognitive behavioral, and EMDR therapy interventions to support your goals and your healing journey. This strategy is guided by a client-centered and trauma-informed care approach making the client’s wellbeing and adjustment my priority.
I am committed to fostering a safe and collaborative space through empathy, whole person-centered, and systems approach. I invite clients to use movement, breathing and visualization exercises in session. Infant are welcomed.
