Hi! I’m Chase Uribe & I’m a Clinical Therapist & Social Worker that provides individual psychotherapy for youth & adults as well as couples counseling & premarital/marital counseling. Some of my areas of expertise for individual psychotherapy are depression, grief & loss, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, trauma & gender dysphoria. Some of my areas of expertise for couples counseling are communication, intimacy, conflict, finances, attachment, trust, values & love languages.

I integrate guided imagery/visualization to reduce anxiety, depression, pain, stress, improve relaxation & sleep & emotional regulation & grounding.

I also integrate art & nature. I facilitate wellness workshops and write letters for emotional support animal, gender affirming care, reasonable accommodation & more.

I work from diverse modalities/techniques including DBT, Strengths-Based, EMDR, Person-Centered, Solutions-Focused, Ecotherapy/Nature-Therapy, Somatic Therapy & more.

I strive to be empathetic, collaborative, compassion, kind, nonjudgemental & supportive. I meet with people in-person in-home or in-office throughout the Inland Empire & Orange County area & telehealth anywhere in California.
