About Angelica Flores-Arman, Ph.D.

Most folks who seek my help do so at a time of intense questioning or distress, when they feel somewhat adrift in life. You have most likely done the “right” things/followed the “correct” steps but find yourself unhappy anyway. Your focus in therapy might be on an unhappy or uncertain romantic relationship, a frustrating career, the inability to move on after a loss or other traumatic experience, or difficulty feeling positively about yourself. You may have an awareness of patterns of thinking or behavior that don’t work and simultaneously feel unchangeable. You also have a desire to change and a deep knowing, or at least a hope, that life can get better. You are invested in figuring out how you got to this point and what you can do to move forward from it and are seeking an ally to empower and help find a way out. If this resonates with you, perhaps I can be that ally in your search for a more meaningful and satisfying life experience. If you’d like to learn more about my practice and inquire about my services, please complete a contact form at www.afapsychology.com to request a consult.
