  • **Accepting Clients** I am a 1st generation Latina, neurodivergent Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive professional and lived experience. As a survivor of generational trauma, I understand how family patterns cultural expectations, unspoken pain and survival experiences can affect our identity, relationships, and sense of self. This personal understanding deeply informs my work with individuals who are ready to recognize and heal patterns that may have been passed down through generations.  I believe each person carries inner strengths we need support discovering them. My role is to provide a compassionate, culturally responsive and nonjudgmental space where we can work together at your pace while honoring your unique story. My approach is eclectic and trauma informed. I incorporate EMDR, creative interventions and virtual sandtray therapy to help clients process difficult experiences, reconnect with their authentic selves and create meaningful change. I provide virtual and offer in-person appointments in Solvang Ca. I also provide
