Welcome. I am currently offering telehealth appointments over all California. Born, raised and educated in Oakland, I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I bring my knowledge and experience to tailor therapy to an individual’s needs. I draw on trauma-informed, psychodynamic, attachment style techniques. I believe that the combination of a strong therapeutic relationship based on compassion and acceptance, along with a safe space to explore and expand your self can bring about progress.
