You’re not alone in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain. Reaching out for support is a brave step—and often the beginning of meaningful change. I offer a trauma-informed and culturally responsive space where BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals/ couples can feel seen and empowered. With over a decade of experience, I specialize in helping clients explore identity, navigate life transitions, and heal from relationship and intergenerational wounds. Many arrive to therapy carrying complex stories—grief, family conflict, questions of belonging, or the effects of trauma. Together, we create space to process and move toward lasting change.
My approach is relational, anti-oppressive, and grounded in your lived experience. I draw from psychodynamic, interpersonal, and strengths-based practices. Whether we’re exploring your history or patterns in relationships, my goal is to support you in building clarity, resilience, and connection with yourself and others.
Finding a therapist who feels like the right fit is important. If you’re curious about working together, please reach out to schedule a free consultation. I’m happy to answer any questions and help you get a sense of what therapy with me might be like. I see clients located anywhere in New York state via a secure, HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.
