Hello! My name is Esther Arredondo, LMFT and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist that specializes in individual counseling and young adults. I focus on anxiety, depression, trauma and on any of the behaviors that impact daily living. My approach is to review family history and identify triggers to assist with setting healthy boundaries with family members through the use of effective communication. I also focus on assisting individuals with enhancing their relationship with caregivers and family members that may have been impacted by traumatic experiences or toxic relationships.
