Te doy la bienvenida a mi espacio terapéutico. Soy el Licenciado Alder Rodas, psicólogo clínico egresado de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, UBA, con más de 7 años de experiencia acompañando a adolescentes y adultos en el abordaje del sufrimiento emocional y el desarrollo de recursos de afrontamiento. Mi práctica combina la escucha analítica del psicoanálisis con las herramientas prácticas de la terapia cognitivo conductual, TCC, integrando además enfoques como la terapia de aceptación y compromiso, ACT, y la psicoterapia EMDR centrada en el trauma para ofrecer un abordaje especializado.
Acompaño consultas vinculadas a
Ansiedad: ataques de pánico, tensión constante, preocupación excesiva, etcétera. Depresión: tristeza persistente, apatía, pérdida de sentido, etcétera.
Trauma: elaboración de experiencias difíciles. Dificultades vinculares y crisis vitales, duelos, conflictos de pareja, estrés prolongado, burnout.
El servicio de psicoterapia online está pensado especialmente para quienes residen en el extranjero, ofreciendo un espacio seguro, confidencial y flexible que trasciende las fronteras geográficas. Te propongo coordinar una primera entrevista preliminar para conocer tu motivo de consulta y definir juntos el encuadre de trabajo.
