Luisa is a compassionate, client-centered therapist who provides a supportive and judgment-free space for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions. Luisa earned her Masters in Social Work from La Salle University and uses a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. Maybe you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, struggling with the effects of trauma, or simply trying to find your footing during a difficult life transition. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
She incorporates CBT and other evidence-based interventions. She works collaboratively with clients to develop coping skills, gain insight, build confidence, and create meaningful change.
When working with children, she strives to make therapy a place where they feel safe enough to express big feelings, build confidence, and learn healthy ways to cope. Luisa also includes parents in the process to make treatment effective and collaborative. With adults, she provides space to slow down, understand patterns, process difficult experiences, and navigate life’s changes with greater self-awareness and self-compassion.
There is no single path to healing. Your story, strengths, and goals are unique, and therapy should reflect that. Whether you’re looking for support through a challenging season or hoping to make deeper, lasting changes, we can work together to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and hopeful.
You’ve already taken an important step by being here. Let me walk alongside you.
