About Tania Arostegui, LCSW-C, LICSW

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), I am passionate about helping individuals overcome anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges that may be impacting their daily lives. Whether you’re struggling with a major life transition, toxic family relationships, grief and loss, or the effects of trauma, therapy can provide a space to heal, gain clarity, and move forward.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and solution-focused therapies to help you understand the underlying causes of your struggles while building practical skills for lasting change. Using a strengths-based perspective, we’ll explore how past experiences have shaped your current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, empowering you to develop greater self-awareness and healthier ways of coping. You are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment along with the clinical expertise to help you reach your goals and create meaningful, lasting change.

My current practice is dedicated to supporting the mental health needs of individuals from racial and ethnic minority backgrounds. To align with this focus, I am currently accepting new clients who identify with these communities. I provide psychotherapy in both English and Spanish. ¡Hablo Español!

Congratulations on taking the first step toward healing! I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
