Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, especially when we are navigating relationship challenges, everyday stressors, major life transitions, or the lasting impact of difficult experiences. I support individuals who desire to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. As humans, relationships are an important part of our lives, and our past experiences can shape the way we see ourselves, connect with others, and respond to challenges. Developing healthy relationships can create a greater sense of security, connection, and support as we navigate life.
As a psychotherapist, I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, identity-related concerns, self-esteem challenges, and other life stressors. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in an anti-oppressive lens. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported while exploring the experiences that have shaped you.
I use a variety of therapeutic interventions, including mindfulness techniques, family systems analysis, motivational interviewing, and other approaches based on your individual needs and goals. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we will work together to understand what feels most helpful for you.
You are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you as we process your experiences, explore patterns, develop new skills, and identify meaningful ways to support your growth. Together, we will create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can work toward building healthier relationships, strengthening your sense of self, managing life’s challenges, and meeting the goals that matter most to you.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you’re ready to better understand yourself, work through what has been weighing on you, or create meaningful change in your life, I would be honored to support you along the way.
