About Alice Solis, LCPC

You’re functioning—but you’re not feeling like yourself. You’re getting through the day, taking care of your responsibilities, showing up for everyone else, and doing your best to keep things together. But underneath it all, you may feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or simply stuck.

Maybe your thoughts won’t slow down. Maybe you’re constantly second-guessing yourself. Maybe stress has started affecting your relationships, confidence, sleep, or ability to enjoy the things you used to. Or perhaps you’re going through a life transition and aren’t sure how to navigate what comes next. You don’t have to wait until things get worse to ask for help.

I work with teens and adults who are ready to understand what’s happening, break unhealthy patterns, and feel more in control of their lives. Our work together will focus on what you’re experiencing now and what you want to change. We’ll explore the thoughts, behaviors, relationships, and experiences that may be contributing to how you’re feeling and develop realistic strategies you can use outside of therapy.

You may not be able to change everything happening around you, but you can learn how to respond differently, understand yourself more deeply, and create a life that feels more balanced. If you’re ready to stop simply getting through the day and start feeling more like yourself again, I invite you to schedule an appointment.
