My path into mental health has been shaped by a genuine commitment to helping others navigate life’s challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I have experience working with diverse populations across various settings, supporting individuals through periods of emotional distress, major life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, trauma, interpersonal challenges, etc.
I believe meaningful change happens when insight and action come together. In our work together I’ll provide a space where you can be honest without fear of judgement, while also helping you challenge the thoughts, behaviors, and relationship dynamics that may no longer be serving you. I tend to be warm, engaged, and genuine in session. I actively participate in the process and work with you to uncover what may be keeping you stuck. My approach is rooted in the belief that every person has strengths, resilience, and the capacity for growth.
During our first meeting I’ll spend time getting to know you and what brought you to therapy, what’s been weighing on you, what’s working in your life and what isn’t. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start. We’ll work through it together. You’ll also get the opportunity to get a sense of me as I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors for therapy.
