Designed and facilitated a professional training for clinicians at a nonprofit counseling center on leading process-oriented therapy groups with marginalized populations, integrating group dynamics, cultural responsiveness, and experiential facilitation to strengthen inclusive, culturally-affirming clinical practice.

Psychological Safety & Nervous System Resilience (Sept. 2025)
Partnered with a multidisciplinary consulting team to develop and deliver a two-module training for a mission-driven nonprofit focused on reproductive rights. The training equipped staff with practical strategies to foster psychological safety while increasing understanding of the nervous system, stress, and resilience to support sustainable, mission-driven work.
