Cultural Identities

About Paola Villa, LCSW

I’m an Arizona native and earned my Master of Social Work from Arizona State University before making the move to Los Angeles in 2020. I have a strong past with volunteerism, the nonprofit sector, and school social work, and a personal passion for fostering community. These days, you can usually find me soaking up the sunshine at the beach with a good book or practicing yoga.

As a first-generation Latina, I’m passionate about supporting my community and helping people create meaningful change in their lives. I specialize in working with individuals navigating OCD and anxiety-related disorders, and I love helping clients regain the confidence to reconnect with what matters most to them.

My approach is shaped by an understanding of culture, identity, family dynamics, and life experiences. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your story with curiosity, self-compassion, and without judgment.
